Mads Berg Neergaard specializes in general civil litigation and dispute resolution. He has particular expertise in shareholder disputes, board and professional liability cases, and securities law.
He also has extensive experience in legal consulting. In 2024/2025, he took a leave of absence from Glittertind to take on a temporary position as in-house counsel at Alginor ASA. At Alginor, he focused primarily on providing corporate law advice to the company’s board and management, and was responsible for contract negotiations.
