Emanuel Feinberg specializes in general civil litigation and dispute resolution, with particular expertise in complex, landmark, and precedent-setting cases. He is admitted to the Supreme Court and has argued cases before the Supreme Court in plenary session. Emanuel has extensive experience and expertise in professional liability, auditor liability, insurance law, corporate law disputes, and rights enforcement actions.

He is ranked among Norway’s leading litigators in Finansavisen’s lawyer survey (2025) and Chambers (2025), and is highlighted as a “Next Generation Partner” in Legal 500.

Emanuel is a co-author of Karnov’s annotated edition of the Dispute Act. He chairs the editorial board of Advokatbladet and serves on the Norwegian Bar Association’s Committee on Civil Procedure and Arbitration.
