Our lawyers have experience with disputes and settlements concerning e.g., shipwrecks, cargo damage, ship collisions, shipbuilding projects and the closing of shipping pools. We also assist with international delivery conditions as well as charter parties and bills of lading. Moreover, we have experience with arrests in ships calling at Norwegian ports to secure maritime law requirements.

Anders Ryssdal and Mads Berg Neergaard have assisted in a settlement case after the conclusion of a shipping pool. Anders Ryssdal and Geir-Arne Heiestad Borgestrand assisted in a dispute over shipbuilding.

Ryssdal is chairman of Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s nomination committee.
