At Glittertind, we believe that a good trainee program provides the best foundation for recruiting new associate lawyers. The trainee program is therefore a high priority for us.

The purpose of the program is to give trainees a realistic picture of what it means to work for us. As a trainee, your daily routine will therefore correspond as closely as possible to that of an associate lawyer. As Glittertind is a pure litigation firm, the work mainly consists of drafting pleadings, investigating legal issues and helping to prepare and conduct main hearings. The internship thus gives us an impression of how you will function as a lawyer, and it gives you a representative impression of what it is like to work at Glittertind.

The trainee program lasts 4-6 weeks. All trainees are assigned a mentor and receive good follow-up throughout the program.
