Lawyer
Mads Berg Neergaard holds a master’s degree in Law from the University of Bergen.
During his studies he had several internships both within the private and public sector. He has previously been a trainee and research fellow at Glittertind.
He submitted his master’s thesis in June 2018 on the cut-off point for fact assessments when there is a requirement for a declaratory judgement for an administrative decision to contradict the ECHR.
