Senior lawyer
Mads Berg Neergaard works within the full range of civil litigation, and has special experience and expertise within shareholder disputes, D&O and professional liability cases and trade and securities law.
He also has extensive advisory experience. In 2024/2025, he was on leave from Glittertind to take on a temporary position as General Counsel at Alginor ASA. At Alginor, he primarily worked with corporate legal advisory for the company’s board and management, and was responsible for the legal aspects of contract negotiations.
