Asbjørn Lyséll Dølvik works mainly with contract law, construction law, real estate, and civil dispute resolution within the abovementioned areas. He has special experience and expertise within contract drafting, ongoing claims and change management, final settlements and final settlement disputes, as well as mediation and legal processes for general courts and arbitration.
Asbjørn also has significant experience handling English-language contracts and disputes. He completed parts of his legal education in England, specializing in English contract law and EU law, and regularly assists foreign entities with contract follow-up and dispute resolution in Norway.
Asbjørn has been voted one of Norway’s best lawyers in Construction Law in Finansavisen’s annual lawyer survey and is ranked as a “Leading Individual” in Legal 500 and “Up and Coming” in Chambers.
